The Berks County real estate market is moving quickly with an average of 18 LESS Days on Market in August 2021 compared to the previous year. 

• The Median Sales Price has risen by 12.9% from August 2021 compared to August 2020.  
• Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $224,950.
• There has been a 20% increase year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
• The average Days on Market for a listing in August 2021 was 15 days.
