The Berks County real estate market is moving quickly with an average of 10 LESS Days on Market in August 2020 compared to the previous month of July. 

  • The Median Sales Price has risen by 5.3% from August 2020 compared to August 2019.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $186,000.
  • There has been a 12.5% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in August 2020 was 33 days.
