The Berks County real estate market is picking up again with a 24.3% increase in Closed Sales from May 2022 to June 2022.

  • The Average Sold Price from June 2021 to June 2022 has increased by 6.4%.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $234,900.
  • There has been a 10.4% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in June 2022 was 12 days.
