The Berks County real estate market is moving quickly with an average of 10 LESS Days on Market in November 2020 compared to the previous month of October. 

  • The Median Sales Price has risen by 9.7% from October 2020 compared to November 2019.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $189,900.
  • There has been a 2.1% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in November 2020 was 20 days.
