The Berks County real estate market is moving quickly with an average of 31 LESS Days on Market in July 2021 compared to the previous year. 

  • The Median Sales Price has risen by 10.3% from July 2021 compared to July 2020.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $207,500.
  • There has been a 25% increase year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in July 2021 was 13 days.
