As the state of Pennsylvania re-opened and allowed Real Estate transactions to resume, we saw a significant rise in sales from the month of May to the month of June. 

  • The Median Sales Price has dropped by 2.1% from June 2020 compared to June 2019.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $179,900.
  • There has been a 19.7% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in June 2020 was 47 days.
