Real Estate Market Update

The Berks County real estate market is moving quickly with an average of 24 LESS Days on Market in January 2021 compared to the previous year. 

  • The Median Sales Price has risen by 21.2% from January 2021 compared to January 2020.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $199,00.
  • There has been a 34.3% increase year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in January 2021 was 22 days.

We have some very exciting news to share!

As of 3pm today, the Governor of Pennsylvania has officially released real estate to conduct business again while maintaining certain guidelines.

During the shutdown, we tried our best to keep an open communication with our clients while also maintaining the rules that were put in place. We also worked hard to streamline our business techniques to ensure our clients receive the best care possible.

We are so excited to finally be able to conduct business again and help our clients with their real estate goals.

We have several homes coming on the market soon and have opened up in-person showings for our current listings.
