The Berks County real estate market is moving quickly with an average of 14 LESS Days on Market in December 2020 compared to the previous year. 

  • The Median Sales Price has risen by 11.5% from December 2020 compared to December 2019.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $190,000.
  • There has been a 0.8% increase year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in December 2020 was 23 days.
