Real Estate Market Update

With the summer starting, the new listings have decreased 12.6% since last month, however closed sales have increased 21.4%

  • The Average Sold Price from June 2022 to June 2023 has increased by 10%
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $250,000.
  • There has been a 16.1% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County, compared to 2022. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in June 2023 was 16 days.
  • The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in June 2023 was 6 days.

We are starting to see an increase in the market, with 7.1% new listings since April, however that is still down 15.5% from May 2022.

  • The Average Sold Price from May 2022 to May 2023 has increased by 10.6%
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $240,000.
  • There has been a 17.5% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County, compared to 2022. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in May 2023 was 23 days.
  • The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in May 2023 was 5 days.

  • There has been a 20.5% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in April 2023 was 21 days.
