Danielle Holtz

Danielle Holtz was born and raised in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and has an intimate knowledge of the region as well as the neighboring counties. She attended Gwynedd Mercy University while majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. Danielle was inducted into the honor societies for both fields of study, and she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Science. After graduation, she became employed working in both the healthcare industry and within a professional sales environment. This experience provided her with valuable customer service and organization skills that she applies in her daily work to this day.

With the help of the Daryl Tillman Realty Group, Danielle purchased her first home in 2020. Experiencing the home-buying process firsthand ignited her passion for pursuing a career in the realm of real estate. Today, as a realtor focused on helping clients buy and sell properties in Berks and Montgomery Counties, Danielle works to ensure that each transaction goes as smoothly as possible for all parties. From showings to closings, she actively listens to her clients’ wishes and requirements – letting them know that they can count on her for all of their real estate needs.
