- The Median Sales Price has risen by 9.7% from October 2020 compared to November 2019.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $189,900.
- There has been a 2.1% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in November 2020 was 20 days.
