The Berks County real estate market is not slowing down for the holiday season with 15.6% more closed sales in November than in October this year.
- The Median Sales Price has risen by 11.6% from November 2021 compared to November 2020.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $215,000.
- There has been a 7.4% increase year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in November 2021 was 19 days.
