Real Estate Market Update
We are starting to see an increase in the market, with 7.1% new listings since April, however that is still down 15.5% from May 2022.
- The Average Sold Price from May 2022 to May 2023 has increased by 10.6%
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $240,000.
- There has been a 17.5% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County, compared to 2022.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in May 2023 was 23 days.
- The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in May 2023 was 5 days.
