The Berks County real estate market is picking up again with a 14.6% increase in Average Sold Price from May 2021 to May 2022.
- The Closed Sales from April 2022 to May 2022 has decreased by 4.0%.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $230,000.
- There has been a 7.8% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in May 2022 was 18 days.
- The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in May 2022 was 4.3 days.
