- The Average Sold Price from March 2022 to March 2023 has decreased by 4.3%.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $231,000.
- There has been a 19.3% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in March 2023 was 19 days.
- The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in March 2023 was 10 days.
