With the summer starting, the new listings have decreased 12.6% since last month, however closed sales have increased 21.4%
- The Average Sold Price from June 2022 to June 2023 has increased by 10%
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $250,000.
- There has been a 16.1% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County, compared to 2022.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in June 2023 was 16 days.
- The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in June 2023 was 6 days.
