The Berks County real estate market is picking up again with a 20.6% increase in New Listings from July 2021 to July 2022.
- The Average Sold Price from July 2021 to July 2022 has increased by 5.1%.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $232,000.
- There has been a 10.3% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in July 2022 was 12 days.
- The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in July 2022 was 4.6 days.
