The Berks County real estate market is HOT this summer with a higher number of closed sales at a higher average price than what we saw last summer.
- The Median Sales Price has risen by 6% from July 2020 compared to July 2019.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $184,000.
- There has been a 15.1% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in July 2020 was 44 days.
