Real Estate Market Update
The Berks County real estate market ended 2022 with a 33.1% decrease in Closed Sales. However to start the new year, we have seen a 30.5% increase in new listings in January.
- The Average Sold Price from January 2022 to January 2023 has increased by 6.2%.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $238,950.
- There has been a 33.1% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in January 2023 was 27 days.
- The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in January 2023 was 6 days.
