- The Average Sold Price from February 2022 to February 2023 has increased by 6.7%.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $239,900.
- There has been a 10.5% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in February 2023 was 29 days.
- The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in February 2023 was 7 days.
