The Berks County real estate market slowed just a bit for the winter season this year with a 23.4% decrease in sales from January to February 2022.
- The Median Sales Price has risen by 12.4% from February 2021 compared to February 2022.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $223,750.
- There has been a 14.6% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in February 2022 was 28 days.
