Real Estate Market Update
The Berks County real estate market slowed down for the Holidays with a 27.7% decrease in Closed Sales from December 2021 to December 2022, however has gone up 8.3% in Closed Sales since November 2022.
- The Average Sold Price from December 2021 to December 2022 has increased by 10.2%.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $235,000.
- There has been a 13.9% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in December 2022 was 20 days.
- The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in December 2022 was 5 days.
