The Berks County real estate market slowed just a bit for the holiday season this year with a 9.1% decrease in sales from November to December.
- The Median Sales Price has risen by 10.3% from December 2021 compared to December 2020.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $215,000.
- There has been a 4.8% increase year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in December 2021 was 18 days.
