- The Median Sales Price has risen by 5.3% from August 2020 compared to August 2019.
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $186,000.
- There has been a 12.5% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in August 2020 was 33 days.
