The Spring market has a slower start with only a 2.5% increase in new listings from March, down from 22.1% in April 2022.
- The Average Sold Price from April 2022 to April 2023 has increased by 7.3%
- Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $236,000.
- There has been a 20.5% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County.
- The average Days on Market for a listing in April 2023 was 21 days.
- The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in April 2023 was 5 days.
