As we head into our 2nd year at Daryl Tillman Realty Group, we are excited to announce that we ended 2021 with almost double our 2020 sales volume. 

We couldn't be more proud of our agents and staff who worked so hard to make this happen all while upholding the values of Daryl Tillman Realty Group and keeping their clients best interests as their main focus.

Earlier this month, at our Year End Staff meeting, we presented two of our team members with the first annual Daryl Tillman Realty Group production awards. 

 - Chris Smith received the Top Producer Award for Closed Volume in 2021 closing a total of $8,177,355 in sales.
 - Yohanny Baret received the Top Producer Award for Closed Sides in 2021, closing a total of 44 transactions.

Real Estate Market Update

The Berks County real estate market is moving quickly with an average of 14 LESS Days on Market in October 2021 compared to the previous year. 

  • The Median Sales Price has risen by 17.9% from October 2021 compared to October 2020.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $215,000.
  • There has been a 8.6% increase year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in October 2021 was 16 days.
  • The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in October 2021 was 7 days.
