• The Median Sales Price has risen by 21.2% from January 2021 compared to January 2020.  
• Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $199,00.
• There has been a 34.3% increase year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
• The average Days on Market for a listing in January 2021 was 22 days.
