Real Estate Market Update

As the state of Pennsylvania re-opened and allowed Real Estate transactions to resume, we saw a significant rise in sales from the month of May to the month of June. 

• The Median Sales Price has dropped by 2.1% from June 2020 compared to June 2019.  
• Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $179,900.
• There has been a 19.7% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
• The average Days on Market for a listing in June 2020 was 47 days.

As of 3pm today, the Governor of Pennsylvania has officially released real estate to conduct business again while maintaining certain guidelines.

During the shutdown, we tried our best to keep an open communication with our clients while also maintaining the rules that were put in place. We also worked hard to streamline our business techniques to ensure our clients receive the best care possible.

We are so excited to finally be able to conduct business again and help our clients with their real estate goals.
