  • The Average Sold Price from March 2022 to March 2023 has decreased by 4.3%.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $231,000.
  • There has been a 19.3% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in March 2023 was 19 days.
  • The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in March 2023 was 10 days.

The Berks County real estate market started 2022 with a 2.5% increase in closed sales since last month!

  • The Average Sold Price from February 2022 to February 2023 has increased by 6.7%.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $239,900.
  • There has been a 10.5% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in February 2023 was 29 days.
  • The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in February 2023 was 7 days.

The Berks County real estate market ended 2022 with a 33.1% decrease in Closed Sales. However to start the new year, we have seen a 30.5% increase in new listings in January.

  • The Average Sold Price from January 2022 to January 2023 has increased by 6.2%.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $238,950.
  • There has been a 33.1% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in January 2023 was 27 days.
  • The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in January 2023 was 6 days.

The Berks County real estate market slowed down for the Holidays with a 27.7% decrease in Closed Sales from December 2021 to December 2022, however has gone up 8.3% in Closed Sales since November 2022. 

  • The Average Sold Price from December 2021 to December 2022 has increased by 10.2%.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $235,000.
  • There has been a 13.9% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in December 2022 was 20 days.
  • The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in December 2022 was 5 days.
