The Berks County real estate market is picking up again with a 14.6% increase in Average Sold Price from May 2021 to May 2022.

  • The Closed Sales from April 2022 to May 2022 has decreased by 4.0%.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $230,000.
  • There has been a 7.8% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in May 2022 was 18 days.
  • The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in May 2022 was 4.3 days.

The Berks County real estate market is picking up speed again with a 9.9% increase in sales from March to April 2022.

  • The Median Sales Price has risen by 19.5% from April 2021 compared to April 2022.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $225,000.
  • There has been a 7.5% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in April 2022 was 18 days.
  • The average Days on Market for Daryl Tillman Realty Group listings in April 2022 was 10 days.

The Berks County real estate market slowed just a bit for the winter season this year with a 23.4% decrease in sales from January to February 2022.

  • The Median Sales Price has risen by 12.4% from February 2021 compared to February 2022.  
  • Year to Date, we are looking at an AVERAGE sales price of $223,750.
  • There has been a 14.6% decrease year to date of sold properties in Berks County. 
  • The average Days on Market for a listing in February 2022 was 28 days.

2 Years of Daryl Tillman Realty Group

We are excited to be celebrating our 2 Year Anniversary as a Real Estate brokerage in Berks County. While our brokerage is new, our agents and staff have been in the business for much longer, and we are pleased to be keeping up with top competitors in the business. In 2021 there were 530 different agencies that sold Real Estate in Berks County and the Daryl Tillman Realty Group ranked #10! 

We opened just days before the mandatory 2020 COVID-19 shutdowns took place.  Despite having to navigate through the shutdown, we were still able to assist over 350 families buy and/or sell their home, totaling 81 Million in Residential Real Estate sales in 2020 & 2021.
